Top-ups, trial and custom licensing
- Top-up: 250 credits for $75, valid 12 months while subscribed.
- Trial: 25 credits, once, with a work email. No card.
- Custom licensing: bulk, warehouse delivery or embedding rights, by request. No published floor.
How credits work
- A record is a practice location profile. Where locations belong to one organization, the links are shown.
- Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Annual plans grant the year's credits upfront.
- Upgrades are prorated and add credits. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
- Failed exports are refunded automatically. If two records you unlocked are later merged, you get a credit back.
- Before you spend a credit, you see how many practices your slice holds, how complete each field is, and which plan covers it.
Questions
- What does one credit buy?
- One credit unlocks one practice record, identified by one stable practice ID. You are never charged twice for the same record.
- What is free?
- Searching, filters, counts, per-field coverage for your slice, masked previews, and re-exporting records you have already unlocked while you are subscribed.
- What is a practice record?
- A practice location profile: one practice at one address. Where several locations belong to one organization, the link is shown.
- What happens if an export fails?
- The credits it used are refunded automatically.
- What if two records are later merged?
- If you unlocked both, you are credited back one credit, and you keep the merged record.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. 25 credits, once, with a work email. No card.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual costs 10 times the monthly price, and the full year of credits is granted upfront.
- Do monthly credits roll over?
- No. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Top-up packs (250 credits for $75) stay valid for 12 months while you are subscribed.
- Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel myself?
- Yes, in the billing portal. Upgrades are prorated and add credits right away; downgrades take effect at the end of the period. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the period and then stops, and files you already exported stay licensed under the terms.
- Does the data include contact details?
- No. There are no phone numbers, email addresses or person-level data in the dataset.
- Is this the size of the market?
- No. Counts are practices in the GPH dataset, not an estimate of the market.
- Do you offer bulk or custom licensing?
- Yes, for bulk, warehouse delivery or embedding rights. Contact us about custom licensing; there is no published floor.
