Check up to 10 applications. For each one, choose where it is in the process and which insurance company it is with. Answer only the questions shown. Dates are optional.

Use Provider 1 to Provider 10 as labels. Keep names and ID numbers out. Your answers stay here until you close or refresh this page.

Or begin with one below. Each application can have a different insurance company.

For Original Medicare or state Medicaid enrollment, see the separate enrollment guidance. Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health-plan applications go under the company handling them.

We compare your dates with published insurance company guidance when it applies. If we do not have a timeline for that insurance company, we work only from the dates you give us. See the timelines and their limits. Credentialing and enrollment requirements vary by insurance company and can change. Check current requirements directly with your insurance company. Questions about credentialing follow-up

How long does insurance credentialing take?

There is no single timeline for every insurance company or application. We compare your dates with published guidance only when its starting date and conditions fit your application.

What if I do not know a date?

Leave the date blank and continue. Your review identifies a question to ask or records to check first, without guessing when something happened.

Does approval mean the provider can bill in network?

No. Approval, the signed contract, setup and the confirmed in-network start date are separate steps. This tool does not decide whether a particular claim can be billed.

What will my Credentialing Follow-Up Review tell me?

Your review includes a question you can send to the insurance company or a record to check first. When your dates and the published guidance fit, it also compares the time you have waited with that guidance.

What does the $199 Credentialing Status Check include?

Your review appears right after payment. We also email you a copy. If we can't produce your review, we'll refund you in full.
